WARRANTY TERM 

  Products in warranty period are still out of free warranty in some cases. An extra repair can be still implement at your own cost.

2   Your warranty is only valid in following conditions:
- Warranty card or purchase invoice is in warranty period 
- Defects in materials or manufacturing flaws
- Serial number or IMEI of products have still been valid on website Digiworld: www.digiworld.com.vn
 - Products aren't in warranty exclusions

3   When requesting the warranty, it is important to:
- Back up all your system data, software and clear the passwords
- Remove all components and accessories out of warranty polices

4   DGCare disclaims any responsibility for misplaced or lost data as well as leaked personal information. 

5   DGCare will charge two-way shipping costs or provide out-of-warranty service for products not under Digiworld's warranty polices

WARRANTY POLICY 

Digiworld now applies two warranty policies:  

  Warranty for products are officially distributed in Vietnam or DGCare are recognised as ISP such as Genius, Logitech, APC, AOC - Philips, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, MSI, Wiko, Palaroid. Except Alcatel, just warranty for 4033, 5035, 6010, 6030, 6040, 8008 models. 

2   Warranty according to manufacturers' warranty policies such as HP, Dell, Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Samsung. For more information, please visit these manufacturers' official website.
